Ningbo Pingheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, the company adopts the investment casting process (medium temperature wax), also known as the precision casting process, the main materials are: tin bronze, silicon brass and other copper alloys, stainless steel 304, 316 and so on. Different materials can be cast according to different national standards.

At present, we mainly provide high-quality precision casting solutions for electric power, automobile parts, engineering machinery, ships and other industries.

Ningbo Pingheng covers an area of 4000 square meters, and has 150 employees, including 12 technical personnel and 10 quality personnel.

The company currently has two 200kg intermediate frequency furnaces with a designed annual production capacity of 700 tons of castings, and plans to expand to 1,320 tons by January 2024.

At present, there are 18 CNC lathes, 34 machining centers, 5 tapping machines, 15 drilling machines, etc., which can produce 25W finished products per month.

The company is equipped with spectrum analyzer, coordinate measuring instrument, sealing testing equipment to ensure the quality of products. In addition, we cooperate with professional testing companies to provide X-ray detection of internal defects in castings, tensile test, etc.

Engaged in precision casting for 24 years, doing auto parts for 18 years, so that we have accumulated rich experience, the investment of new plants and new equipment is that we have greater production capacity, the full allocation of professionals, so that we have greater advantages from the quality, delivery, cost of the peer.
